At My Pet Vibe, we want both you and your pet to love every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right.

30-Day Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns must be sent to the following address:

(Full return address will be provided once your request is approved.)

If your return is accepted, we’ll email you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items

  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases

We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be unused, with tags, in original packaging, and you’ll need proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note, it can take time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at mypetvibe1@gmail.com.
