2. I need to change my shipping address — what should I do?
If you need to update your shipping details, please email us within 24 hours of placing your order at mypetvibe1@gmail.com.
Once your order is shipped, changes may not be possible.

3. I haven’t received my shipping confirmation yet.
Please allow 2–4 business days for processing before your shipping confirmation email arrives.
During high-volume periods (like holidays), it may take a little longer — but don’t worry, your order is on its way!

4. Why hasn’t my tracking information updated?
Tracking numbers can take 2–4 days to update once your order has shipped.
If it hasn’t updated after that time, send us a quick email so we can look into it for you.

5. Do you ship internationally?

6. Can I cancel or change my order after purchasing?
We can modify or cancel orders within 24 hours of purchase.
After that, your order is likely already being processed for shipment. Please email us as soon as possible if you need assistance.

We offer a 90-day return policy on all unused and undamaged items.
